WRAP Show at Gallery & Frame Shop

The Fond du Lac Artists' Association is hosting a Wisconsin Regional Arts Program (WRAP) exhibition at Gallery & Frame Shop Tuesday, September 1st to Saturday, September 26th.

View the show in person at the Gallery & Frame Shop (94 S. Main St, FDL) or online: Here!

This year the show will be displayed entirely in the windows allowing 24/7 viewing of the talented artists who are participating in the Fond du Lac exhibition.

Some of the participants will be on hand during the Downtown Fond du Lac Main Street Market from 9 am - 2 pm on Saturday, Sept. 12. Tents will be set up in front of Gallery & Frame with more of the artists' works and artists will be on hand to answer any questions you have on the WRAP show and the FDL Artist's Association. Gallery & Frame Shop will be open to view even more art!

WRAP is the Wisconsin Regional Art Program. WRAP exhibitions/workshops began in 1940 to encourage the creative growth of Wisconsin non-professional artists from rural areas. WRAP is developed and administered by the UW-Madison, Division of Continuing Studies and has since expanded to include urban areas. WRAP exhibition/workshops are held throughout the year in over twenty locations all around the state. Regional exhibitions include a workshop day for participating artists and the public in which a guest artist gives a lecture or demonstration followed by an educational critique of the exhibited artwork lead by the exhibition judge. Participants may exhibit up to three pieces of art in any WRAP exhibition/workshop. State Award works are eligible to exhibit at the Annual State Art Exhibition and Conference held in September each year.
